Persyaratan

• 7 years of recent relevant work experience (Agency background is mandatory)
• Capable of participating in on-site meetings in Jakarta as needed
• Structured, highly detail-focused, and meticulous
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Skill to handle multiple projects simultaneously and devise solutions
• Preparedness for meetings and effective problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in BM copywriting is a plus

Tanggung Jawab

• Main contact for clients, ensuring ongoing dialogue to grasp their needs, deliver weekly progress reports, and resolve issues swiftly.
• Participate in and lead (where suitable) all progress meetings, client gatherings, and calls in Jakarta.
• Create and deliver detailed campaign strategies and tactics, outlining schedules, deliverables, and overseeing production/results.
• Serve as a bridge between internal teams and the client to guarantee timely project/campaign completion.
• Maintain ClickUp: Keep the project management system (We use ClickUp internally) updated with client tasks, due dates, and progress.
• Prepare management reports.
