As leading industry in the plastic coloring and compounding company, is seeking an experienced Asst. Supervisor HR to join our dynamic team in South Cikarang, West Java. As an Asst. Supervisor HR, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of training and development programs that support our employees’ growth and success. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the overall objectives of the company.

Persyaratan

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a training and development role, preferably in the Manufacturing Japanese company
  • English is a must, N3 Japanese certified will be an advantage
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address HR-related issues
  • Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design effective training programs
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, including external relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees
  • Proficient in using HR software and technology to manage training records and data
  • Adaptable and proactive in identifying and addressing the evolving training needs of the organization
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the design and implementation of comprehensive training and development programs tailored to the specific needs of our employees
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements and develop customised solutions to address skill gaps
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and employee progress
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on career development opportunities and personal growth
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR policies and procedures related to training and development
  • Assist in the overall administration of the HR department, including employee onboarding, performance management, talent management, employee relation, and external relation
