We are looking for a Tax Accounting Specialist / Assistant Manager who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has strong knowledge in accounting and taxation. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth financial and tax administration as well as supporting the Finance Manager in preparing accurate and timely financial reports.

Persyaratan

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Taxation from a reputable university.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting/Tax, preferably in a multinational company or tax consulting firm.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, VAT, Unification, etc.).
• Proficient in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Accurate, Jurnal, or similar).
• Brevet A & B certifications are required.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, able to work under deadlines, and has strong analytical skills.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external parties (auditors, tax consultants, banks, etc.).
• Good command of English (both written and spoken) will be an advantage.

Tanggung Jawab

• Perform daily bank reconciliation and journal entries.
• Prepare invoices and supporting documents (daily).
• Receive vendor invoices and employee reimbursements, and record them into the payment schedule summary (weekly).
• Send payment reminders to customers approaching due dates (weekly).
• Prepare payment transfers to vendors (weekly).
• Compile monthly PPh Unification report (monthly).
• Assist the Manager in preparing monthly financial statements (monthly).
• Assist the Manager in preparing reports for shareholders (monthly).
• Assist in preparing documents/files for external parties (audit, tax, banks) (ad-hoc/yearly).
