We’ve developed a scalable microservice platform for payments, NFT ticketing, and AI-driven solutions, using an open-source stack (HashiCorp Vault, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB) integrated with blockchain and AI technology. Our platform connects to three React applications (JS + Native), and as we expand to Bali, we are building a world-class team dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of our cutting-edge applications and platforms. We are actively searching for top-tier Senior QA Engineers to join our development team in Bali. Persyaratan

• Automation Testing: Strong experience with Appium (main), TestGrid, and Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Web & Mobile Testing: Extensive experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Database & API Testing: Proficiency with DBeaver, MySQL, MongoDB, Postgre SQL, and Postman.
• AI Testing: Understanding of AI/ML testing frameworks and methodologies, including data validation and bias detection.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Familiarity with test automation integration in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Security Testing: Knowledge of secure testing practices and common vulnerabilities in web and mobile applications.
• Performance Optimization: Experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or other performance testing tools.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in QA Engineering, focusing on web, mobile, and AI-driven applications.
• Proven track record of developing and executing QA strategies, including manual and automated testing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in QA, automation, and AI testing.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab

• As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, performance, and security of our AI-enhanced products, web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and AI-driven products.
• Writing optimal test cases and clean automation test code.
• Reviewing and analyzing test results to ensure software quality and maintainability.
• Identifying, recording, and tracking bugs, with an ability to troubleshoot and debug as needed.
• Collaborating closely with front-end, back-end, and AI teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and maintain high-quality code standards.
• Conducting thorough regression testing when defects are resolved.
• Managing and improving test automation frameworks to enhance our CI/CD pipelines.
• Implementing secure testing practices to identify vulnerabilities and protect user data and business information.
• Keeping up to date with emerging QA tools, technologies, and best practices, especially in AI testing methodologies.
• Ensuring AI models function correctly through testing data integrity, accuracy, bias detection, and performance validation.
• Employing best practices for quick bug diagnosis and fixes to ensure minimal downtime and fast recovery from issues.
