Tanggung Jawab
- Operations Manager will be responsible to manage all operations.
- Responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.
- Create strategies and apply them in operations, apply SOPs and oversee the operation of SOPs in operations.
- Supervise the running of operations and pay attention to the performance of the operational team.
- Supervise and assist in conducting operational setting.
- Monitor the process of purchasing goods for operational needs.
- Overseeing and planning inventory needs from operations.
- Track vendor pricing, rebates, and service levels.
- Checking the legality of the company.
- Helping companies to remain compliant with the legality of company documents.
- Work with the HR department to carry out company legal requirements.
- Work together with other departments to develop strategies to run operations.
- Work together with other departments to create and determine operational targets.
- Work together with other departments to create strategies to increase company revenues.
- Checking sales reports/financial reports.
- Analyzing sales report/financial reports to increase company sales.
- Make a plan to increase the company’s profitability.
- Prepare company operational budget.
- Adjusting the company’s operational budget with the latest operational conditions and situations.
- Work together with other departments to prepare company operational budget, and keep track of accountability of the budget.
- Prepare forecast, annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, initiating corrective actions.
- Supervise the performance of operational employees.
- Work closely with the HR Department in preparing KPIs for employees.
- Work together with the HR Department in carrying out the recruitment process.
- Prepare training materials, training calendar, and assist in conducting technical training for employees.
- Supervise the performance of employees in operations.
- Receiving complaints from guests.
- Analyze complaints from guests.
- Provide solutions to complaints received.
- Firm and flexible in receiving complaints from guests.
- Response to guests’ complaints and resolve.
