Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience, ideally within the MEWP or Forklift Rental equipment industry, with a demonstrable history of success.
• Deep understanding of the Indonesian rental market and key players is a significant advantage.
• Proven track record in a sales position.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia to meet with partners and prospects.

Tanggung Jawab

• Define the sales and rental strategy in Indonesia.
• Define and deploy an adapted strategy with the Country Manager to reach the sales targets: markets
• type of customers
• products etc.
• Work closely with the Country Manager to define rental pricing policy and strategy.
• Developing local sales and rental marketing strategy with the Country Manager and Marketing team.
• Constantly look for new business opportunities with the assigned product portfolio.
• Optimize the rental activity.
• Follow up rental KPI and identify areas of improvement in the processes.
• Define the benchmark and implement actions to increase profitability in the rental business.
• Ensure a high customer satisfaction in Indonesia through continuous improvement of the service performance and definition of Manitou commitments towards the market.
• To liaise closely with the service and spare parts department to ensure that the customers are well serviced.
• To liaise closely with the Accounts department to ensure the outstanding debts or invoice payments are collected within the credit period of payment.
