Persyaratan

• Academic bachelor degree (S1) or above.
• This role is similar to level Section Manager.
• Knowledge about construction business – especially specification work with architects and preferably flooring products including their features and benefits..
• Proficient in English communication professional and other languages eg. Mandarin are a plus.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and communities. Strong communicator, able to communicate with end-users, architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Customer focused, result oriented and strong negotiation skill.
• Able to travel occasionally around Indonesia.
• Working from anywhere and mobile, report to China.

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop the presence and the sales solutions product in Indonesia, in particularly areas outside Jakarta, i.e Surabaya, Bandung and Medan, spend minimum 25% of time in these specific areas.
• Monitor distribution product partners in Indonesia.
• Establish a network of key contacts and decision makers that are involved in the construction process (architects, designers, etc.).
• Specify and identify already specified projects where products will be used, follow up all projects on a weekly basis by having regular meetings and calls with stakeholders.
• Project updates in CRM system.
• Gathering of market information such as competitors, main players, market share.
• Develop strategic market segments of Healthcare, Hospitality, Education/Sports, Industry and Office
