We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Training Compliance Specialist to join our team in Indonesia, supporting our Australian client in the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) sector. An RTO (Registered Training Organisation) is a government-registered provider of nationally recognised vocational education and training (VET) in Australia. RTOs are strictly regulated by authorities such as the ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority), VRQA (Victorian Registration & Qualifications Authority), and TAC (Training Accreditation Council). This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with the Standards for RTOs (2015 & 2025). It combines both operational execution and strategic oversight, directly impacting the organisation’s reputation, sustainability, and licence to operate.

Persyaratan

• Strong background in compliance, ideally within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.
• In-depth knowledge of the Standards for RTOs (2015 & 2025).
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across borders.
• Demonstrated experience in leading compliance projects and driving continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks and systems in line with Australian RTO regulations.
• Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with Australian regulators and industry associations to keep the RTO updated with compliance requirements.
• Deliver training and support to staff on compliance obligations and best practices.
• Prepare and submit all mandatory compliance reporting to relevant authorities.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of compliance records and documentation.
• Provide strategic compliance insights and recommendations to the management team in Australia.
