Persyaratan

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in R&D (preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or healthcare industry).
• Strong knowledge of formulation science, raw material functionality, and cosmetic/healthcare regulations.
• Familiar with BPOM registration process, international cosmetic regulations, and CPKB/GMP standards.
• Good leadership and project management skills to lead a small R&D team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
• Willing to be based in Cikupa, Tangerang – Banten.

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead and supervise R&D team in developing new formulations for cosmetics, skincare, oral care, and healthcare products.
• Conduct formulation trials, stability tests, compatibility tests, and product performance evaluation.
• Ensure product compliance with BPOM, CPKB, GMP, and international regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with QC, QA, Production, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure smooth product development and scale-up.
• Manage laboratory documentation, formulation records, and raw material specifications.
• Research new raw materials, technologies, and market trends to support product innovation.
• Provide technical support to marketing and sales teams regarding product functionality and claims.
• Act as technical PIC during customer audits, product presentations, and regulatory inspections.
