We are seeking an experienced Admin Logistic Domestic Staff to join our team at PT Miura Indonesia, a leading manufacturing and logistics company based in Karawang, West Java. In this contract role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our domestic logistics operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across our supply chain.
Persyaratan
- Education level min D3 / S1 any majors.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics or administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written english skills.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinating and processing domestic logistics orders, including preparing documentation and liaising with carriers.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels.
- Assisting with the planning and scheduling of domestic transportation and distribution activities.
- Providing administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of logistics strategies
