We’re PT Citec Engineering Indonesia — an EPC contractor with a strong foundation in engineering. Right now, we’re looking for a Marketing Staff to join our team in Central Jakarta. This IS NOT a branding or social media role. We need someone who’s comfortable handling day-to-day marketing tasks, preparing client materials, and most importantly — communicating clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person.

Persyaratan

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or sales support role
• Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia — clear, confident, and professional in both writing and speech
• Able to produce well-structured client-facing documents and presentations
• Comfortable handling emails, meetings, and materials under deadlines, while maintaining a composed and professional tone
• Proficient in standard tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Canva (or similar)
• Familiarity with basic engineering or construction terminology is a strong advantage
• Chinese language proficiency is a plus, though not mandatory
• You’ll be joining a marketing team led by a manager who speaks Chinese
