We are looking for young, energetic, and professional candidates to join our dynamic team in the following position:

Persyaratan

• Female, minimum Diploma Degree holder.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mature, confident, trustworthy, and able to interact effectively with management at all levels.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) and proficiency in MS Office.
• Willing to work overtime and under pressure.

Tanggung Jawab

• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries for the Director.
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Arrange bookings for hotels, restaurants, and travel as needed.
• Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and diary.
• Handle petty cash management.
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence for the Director.
• Prepare and edit documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
• Manage projects and actively contribute to committees and teamwork initiatives.
