Persyaratan

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, construction, or shipbuilding is highly advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan, Kemenaker Regulations).
• Proven leadership in HR team management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and modern recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication skills—able to connect with both senior leadership and frontline workers.
• Results-oriented, high work ethic, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about building top-tier talent in the heavy industrial sector.

Tanggung Jawab

• Developing and implementing long-term HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision in shipbuilding.
• Leading recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent development—tailored to the technical and operational needs of a shipyard environment.
• Designing competitive compensation, incentives, and performance management systems that attract and retain skilled professionals, especially in technical and operational roles.
• Building training and development programs, including vital safety culture initiatives critical in a shipyard environment.
• Serving as a strategic partner to senior management in organizational development and change management.
• Ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (Manpower Law, Ministry of Manpower Regulations), especially within the heavy industry context.
• Enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture in a physically and technically demanding environment.
