YUXI JAYATAMA is an Multi-Channel Network company under the Sands Group Indonesia with 9 business units such as Oppo, J&T Express, J&T Cargo, Y.O.U, Makuku,Olike, Jet Commerce, Fullmoon, Tomoro Cafe. We provides services for brands in marketing planning, promotion, Brand Awareness, Campaign and assisting in finding the right creators for brands. In less than 1 year, Yuxi have achieved several significant milestones, such as number 1 MCN on Mom and Baby category on Tiktok, Shopee MCN Partner from October 2023 until now.

Persyaratan

• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is mandatory.
• Active university student (who has completed all coursework) or a recent graduate, preferably with a major in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiar with social media platforms, especially TikTok & Instagram.
• Passionate about affiliate, influencer marketing, digital trends, and campaigns.
• Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Drive.

Tanggung Jawab

• Assist in identifying and selecting KOLs based on campaign briefs.
• Conduct outreach (DM/email) and follow-up with KOLs/Affiliate for collaboration.
• Help coordinate product sample shipments and monitor content uploads.
• Manage KOL databases (contacts, rate cards, performance data).
• Support the creation of briefs, reminders, and campaign evaluations.
• Assist in reporting campaign performance (reach, views, conversions).
