Persyaratan

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Service Engineer or in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of CNC machine technology, including programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with clients.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Able to handle trouble shoot problems with CNC Machine Lathe/Lathe/Machining Center both mechanical and electrical problems.
• Skills: Software SOLIDWORKS CAD/CAM/CAE, Other software such as SOLIDCAM.
• Other Skills: 3DPrinting, CNC machining (milling and Turning).

Tanggung Jawab

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with CNC machines, identifying and resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on CNC machines to maintain their optimal functionality.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to address their concerns.
• Provide technical guidance and training to clients on the proper operation and maintenance of CNC machines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our CNC machine capabilities.
• Collaborate with the broader engineering team to share knowledge and best practices
