Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field with at least 1 year of experience in trade marketing or sales, preferably in retail or FMCG industries.
• Proven expertise in planning and executing successful trade marketing programs.
• Strong understanding of in-store marketing and merchandising techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Willing to work from office in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

Tanggung Jawab

• Design and execute promotional campaigns like special discounts, product bundling, and point-of-purchase (POP) displays to attract and engage customers.
• Plan and implement in-store branding initiatives, including shelf talkers, door stickers, posters, and other creative visuals to ensure strong brand visibility.
• Organize and coordinate marketing events such as exhibitions, pop-up booths, and product demos, creating memorable customer experiences.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and ensure sales targets are achieved, offering support with marketing insights and tools.
• Analyze trade marketing performance, gather market feedback, and recommend improvements to maximize impact.
• Monitor competitors’ trade marketing activities to stay ahead of trends and maintain a competitive edge.
