Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Law, or related field.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from an A-accredited university.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, training, or general HR functions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have an interest in working in educational institutions, especially with boarding school activities.
• Good understanding of education industry dynamics and the importance of school culture.
• Having knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Tanggung Jawab

• Identify staffing needs in coordination with division heads.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
• Manage job offer processes and prepare employment contracts.
• Plan
• organize
• and deliver training sessions.
• Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
• Assist in developing career development plans and continuous learning initiatives.
