We are seeking a highly creative and strategic individual to join our team as Creative Director. This role is responsible for driving creative concepts, managing the creative team, and ensuring the execution of high-quality and impactful campaigns across multiple platforms.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Creative Arts, Design, Advertising, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of proven experience in the creative industry (agency, production house, digital media, or brand side).
• Strong creative portfolio showcasing impactful works.
• Demonstrated experience leading creative teams and collaborating across functions.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and aesthetic sense with a high standard for design quality.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Up-to-date with pop culture, digital content trends, and creative innovations.
• Visionary, adaptable, and able to set long-term creative direction while responding to fast-changing trends.

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop innovative and engaging creative concepts for campaigns, content, and brand activations.
• Lead the creative process across storytelling, copywriting, and visual direction (design, typography, color, and multimedia).
• Supervise and guide a multidisciplinary creative team (designers, editors, scriptwriters, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing, video, and production teams to deliver cohesive and compelling outputs.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, trend-driven ideas aligned with brand vision.
• Deliver persuasive creative presentations and pitches to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure creative outputs stay relevant with pop culture, digital marketing, and creative industry trends.
