This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Minda Asean Automotive as a Production Engineering Assistant Supervisor. In this full-time role, you will be based in Karawang, Jawa Barat and play a key part in supporting the Engineering team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production processes.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is a must.
• Strong understanding of production engineering and automation principles.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Tanggung Jawab

• Analyze and monitor production productivity in Assembly Area.
• Identify and analyze bottleneck of production processes to identify potential areas for automation improvements and propose improvement action.
• Implement and follow up productivity improvement plan (layout, manpower allocation, line balancing).
• Create and maintain daily and weekly productivity report.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement automation solutions that enhance efficiency.
• Support the development of technical specifications and documentation for automation projects.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives adhering to lean manufacturing principles.
